Cross the river to the Dota side though, and everything transforms. Now you’re playing with Dota heroes, Dota creeps clash against LoL minions in the lanes, and the shop is stocked with Dota items from blink daggers to black king bars. The two playstyles meet in an epic clash across the map.
The amount of effort and attention to detail Meeponegeroi has put into this mod is staggering. But as awesome as it is, the big question on everyone’s mind is – which side would win in a match up? Consensus on Reddit seems to be that while LoL has the damage and pushing power early, if the Dota side can hold out to late game, their superior items, vision control and teamfight ultimates should clinch the victory.
Some are concerned that if the mod gets too popular, it may get shut down by Riot like a previous LoL in Dota mod did.
